NRW Annual Toy Drive for the Tennessee National Guard Youth Program
December 2024 will mark the 20th year that the Nashville Republican Women (NRW) have collected toys for the Children of Tennessee Soldiers as our “Caring for America” project. For the first two or three years, our donations were delivered to Fort Campbell. Since that time, annual contributions are given to the Tennessee National Guard (TNNG) Youth Program for distribution to Tennessee National Guard and Army/Navy/Air Force Reserve Units that have identified children in need.
All members and guests who attend the December 11th meeting are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy. If you prefer not to shop a gift card or check made payable to TNNG Youth Program will be accepted. You may also donate online.
In addition to toys, NRW policy has been to pay for lunches of the TNNG members who will be joining us and who willl pick up the toys to be distributed throughout Tennessee. When making December lunch reservations enter your guest name as TNNG.
