Bill Young
Bill Young graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School. He has been with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office, and was appointed by Governor Haslam to serve as Chancellor of the Davidson County Chancery Court. In October 2019 he was selected as the Executive Director for the Bureau of Ethics and Campaign Finance. Bill is married to Jane Young, retired General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Health.
Lauren Topping
Lauren serves as General Counsel for the Bureau of Ethics and Campaign Finance, Lauren has served as the Assistant General Counsel in Secretary of State Tre Hargett’s Office, and as a Litigation Attorney for the Bureau of TennCare. Lauren and her husband, David, live in Hendersonville.
